The Association of Episcopal Chaplains will have an its fourth retreat coming this Fall.
Each year we have hosted a program that combines self care with education and reflection.
We strive to offer this retreat in various locations in order to make it more accessible to chaplains nationwide. We have met in Connecticut and Wisconsin. Location for the 2026 retreat has not yet been finalized.
If you are a Board Certified Chaplain, you can count this retreat as Continuing Education in 2 Methodologies: Methodology 1, Attending Educational Events and Methodology 4, Self-Care. We also encourage you to apply your time off from work as educational time rather than personal time off, if your organization offers that option.
